Amazon Book Box is a service that delivers a package of children’s books on a regular basis to the homes of subscribers. Subscribers can opt to receive books delivered once every 1, 2, or 3 months.
How are titles chosen for Book Box?
There are two ways this happens:
- The first is ratings from customers on Amazon. Amazon chooses books with the best ratings on its website.
- The second is the opinions of Amazon Book Editors who “read thousands of books every year to find selections your reader will enjoy again and again.”
How much does the service cost?
At the time of responding to this question, it currently costs $19.99 per box which Amazon says represents a saving of up to 40% off list prices.
How does it work?
Subscribers select the age range of the reader on the Book Box signup page. Then they choose whether they want a box to be delivered every 1, 2, or 3 months. Every delivery consists of two books.
